Adande has expanded the accessories available for its flagship refrigerated drawers, allowing operators to configure the exact ergonomic set-up for their kitchens.
The Lowestoft-based company is now offering a combi oven stand that is available for both rear and side engine drawers as well as dedicated fryer stations.
The combi stand allows the user to load chilled or frozen products from an Adande drawer directly on to 1/1 GN cooking pans and place into a 6 grid combi oven above.
When cooking is done, the chef can simply remove pans and place onto a telescopic pull-out shelf, making it ideal for the preparation of products such as cookies, pastries and bread. The unit features adjustable aluminium feet for uneven floor surfaces.
The fryer station, meanwhile, is available for the both its Compact and Drawer products for frozen food storage situated right next to a deep fryer.
It allows chilled and frozen products to be loaded directly from Adande drawer into baskets prior to loading into fryers. A drip tray collects any cooking fat and liquid drips and can be easily removed for cleaning.
Adande will be debuting both accessories for the first time at the Casual Dining Show, which takes place in London next month.
Karl Hodgson, Adande’s sales director, believes the products are ideal for fast-moving casual dining kitchens as they can be configured to meet an operator’s individual’s production and ergonomic needs. “We have great products for this market sector and our modular customisation allows for the perfect solution to customer requirements,” he said.
Adande will have representatives on its stand at Casual Dining to talk customers through the products, including two new recruits to its sales team.
Richard Clark, formerly of Frima, has joined as national account manager, while Lloyd Matthews, who previously worked for Roller Grill, has taken up the post of regional sales manager.
