Top Tips from our Service Team

In the first instance, it's recommended that you follow these Top Tips from our Service Team...

  • Clean the heated seal on a weekly or daily basis if required with a solution of warm water and mild detergent. The insulated container can be totally removed from the drawer for deep cleaning. Clean the insulated container with an anti-bacterial cleanser
  • Brush any loose dirt from the condenser situated inside at the back left of the drawer
  • Do Not pressure wash
  • Check mains lead is plugged in both ends
  • Check daisy chain is plugged in both ends
  • Check unit is at correct set point
  • Check unit is set in hold or blast chill mode (BC only)
  • Check correct insulated container in the correct unit (matchbox only)
  • Check controller is not locked
  • Do not overfill the drawers
  • Use Adande approved engineers only.
